Just to say a big thank you for the delivery of logs justbefore Christmas. Although the roads were fairly treacherous and very busy withChristmas traffic Caroline rang to say that she intended to drive the 45 milesto us and hoped to be with us at the time booked. She was, having followed thefairly tricky directions on how to find our property and she very helpfullytipped half the load in one location and the other half in another locationwhich involved reversing up an icy slope.

The logs were urgently needed for the Christmas periodand Julie in the office had assured us that they would be fully seasoned andmainly Oak, Beech and Sycamore, the better burning hardwoods. We have foundthis to be the case - the logs measured for water content have all been lessthan 25% and they burn very well with few quick burn logs such as Silver Birchin the mix.

Just a note to thank you for the good service I received last week.
The logs arrived on time and well seasoned, also the lady (that was great in itself) that delivered my logs, had to ring me due to our location being a bit difficult to find, she was polite and an asset to your company.

Just to say thanks for braving the serious ice, snow and cold to deliver our log supply this week.
We had rather cut it fine on our stock and without your delivery would have been dependent on our not to reliable rickety old gas boiler.

It's hard to get the volume of logs delivered using other providers as they can't work around the fact that I don't have a drive. Your stacking service is brilliant, and so perfectly done it seems a shame to take logs from the pile. Also, whilst in the past I've had deliveries from other people that seem distinctly under the advertised volumes, yours is great. Value for money and excellent service: thanks again.

To whom it may concern Once in a while one has a stunning customer service experience in this country and you managed to do a brilliant job last Saturday. I admit the good weather did make it easier as well

I also have to congratulate you on your website as I had been on a few sites and as a complete moron and newcomer to woodburning stoves I was horrified by the description of the lorries which would come and deliver wood but not deal with slopes etc and possibly be of such a size that they would not fit onto our drive....The fact that you put an actual photo of the delivery vehicle onto the website clinched it for me! many thanks
